For example, Foxp3-positive naïve regulatory T cells (nTregs) may account for <1% of cells in a sample containing 1 billion leukocytes, making it extremely challenging to isolate them with high purity. In this webinar, we will provide data on how the CGX10 Cell Isolation System can sort these ultra-rare nTregs directly from a leukopak. We also will share data on how the CGX10 system can be utilized for isolation of positively transduced T cells expressing a green fluorescent protein (GFP) marker at <97% purity using Purity mode.
